OMC_logo180frIn the Rennes Institute of Chemical Sciences (ISCR), the Organometallics: Materials & Catalysis team composed of 43 researchers, professors and lecturers, 14 engineers and technicians, 42 PhD students and post-doctoral assistants (UR1 and ENSCR), gathers a unique expertise in the domain of organometallic and coordination chemistry for innovative developments in catalysis & green chemistry and molecular materials.

The NanoCatalysis and Molecular Catalysis for Fine Chemistry group is one of the 9 components of the OMC team and brings together 5 researchers and technical staff located at the ENSCR.

Activities/Research themes

Our group develops clean and economical catalytic processes for a sustainable and eco-responsible chemistry. Homogeneous catalysis or nanoparticles (noble metals) are at the heart of our activities supported by private and public partners. Our activities favor the use of green solvents such as water and the recovery of renewable raw materials.

Two main areas of our activities:

nanoparticule    NanoCatalysis

CX MM  Molecular Catalysis for Fine Chemistry
